How to App and Treatments for Getting Rid of Fatigue
I love technology and the endless amount of free information I can get by simply spending a little time on my computer. One day I decided to research possible causes for my fatigue and ran across an App for my iPod touch that I would like to share for those who are also having fatigue problems. What is also nice about this app is that it has other ideas, remedies and sources to go to for other symptoms.
The App is called Cures A-Z, and was “developed by world-renowned integrative physician, researcher, and best-selling author Jacob Teitelbaum, M.D., with his wife, nutritionist Laurie Teitelbaum, Cures A-Z shows you how to combine the best of natural and prescription therapies to live your life in optimal health. As a leading patient advocate for over 25 years, Dr. Teitelbaum refuses to take any money from pharmaceutical or natural product companies, and 100% of the royalties for the products he makes go to charity. He does this because his one and only concern is to advocate for your health” (End Fatigue App / Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum).
It is a simple to use App that has the conditions in alphabetical order. All the user needs to do is select the condition and the description and treatment are given in the next view. When I selected “fatigue” it told me the SHINE Protocol. SHINE stands for “sleep”, “hormones”, “infections”, “nutritional supplements”, and “exercise”. Each one of these guidelines tells you what you need to do to improve in these five areas of treatment. I have started using the SHINE Protocol and I have seen improvements in my life and that is why I want to spread the word to others with the same symptoms.
Word of warning I am not in the medical profession. If you have symptoms that are giving you problems you should always consult a doctor first. There are numerous tests that they can do to improve your symptoms. After I sought professional medical advice I use this App as a secondary source of information. I think the Cures A-Z App, as well as their web resources are a great source of information.
With this post I hope I am able to point people with the same symptoms in the right direction so they can get their normal lives back. If you have any questions or comments you would like to share to help the fight against fatigue please feel free to do so.
