How to Make Ham Salad

What You Will Need for Ham Salad
- 1 Cup of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise (more or less as desired)
- 1/2 a 16 oz jar Sechller’s Candied Sweet Gherkins (or any variety of sweet gherkins you enjoy)
- 3 Cups Ham Cubes
- Food Processor
- Mixing Bowls
- Storage Containers
Making Ham Salad
Step 1: Cut ham into cubes removing and discarding any fat or gristle you may find.
Step 2: Finley chop the ham using a food processor.
Step 3: Finley chop the sweet gherkins using a food processor.
Step 4: Place the ham, pickles, and mayonnaise in a medium size mixing bowl.
Step 5: Stir together making a thick, pasty mix.
Step 6: Add more mayonnaise or a small amount of pickle juice if the paste is too dry.
Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
